Bringing over 30 years of experience in land development and working with city planners,Greg leads all Flex Homes engineering and designs. He is President of LEI Engineering and a celebrated designer of housing communities across the U.S. He has the background and passion to develop and engineer innovative communities that are cost-effective and desirable to live in. He is a champion of the underdog and artist with an eye for the aesthetic.

As an engineer who became a vice president at Ford Motor Company, Curt guides the Flex Homes vision and directions. With decades of experience managing technology and government relations at the highest levels, he leads partnerships that make innovative and affordable housing possible. He is an advocate for people working to better themselves and is a champion for building financial security through home ownership.

With a background in technology development and education Spencer leads efforts to create innovative technologies allowing Flex Homes to be both affordable to purchase and easy for homeowners to expand. Spencer is Professor Emeritus of Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University and an internationally known researcher, designer and educator. He is an avid DIYer with a passion for helping people be confident and successful.
